AIG Realty LLC ("we", "us") operates this Virtual Office Website (VOW). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Registration information — your name, email address, phone number (optional), and encrypted password.
Activity information — searches you run, listings you view, and timestamps. Retained for at least 180 days as required by ARMLS VOW rules.
Technical information — IP address and browser user-agent, used for account security and MLS compliance audits.

How We Use It

To provide MLS search and property information under our broker–consumer relationship with you.
To verify your identity and secure your account.
To respond to your questions when you contact us about a property.
To comply with ARMLS rules, including audit-trail obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your registration and activity records with ARMLS and other MLS Participants (or their authorized representatives) when they request access to verify MLS compliance.

Retention

Registration and activity records are retained for at least 180 days after your password expires, in accordance with ARMLS VOW rules §19.3(b) and §19.26.

Your Choices

You can update your profile from your account page or request account deletion by emailing us at hello@aigrealtyllc.com. Deletion requests are subject to the ARMLS-required retention period above.
